Built on four pillars

  • KYC / KYB
  • Certified escrow
  • eIDAS signature
  • Dispute resolution

SMART CONNECTIONS · TRUSTED TRANSACTIONS

THE PROBLEM

B2B deals in Europe still rely on faxed paperwork and unverified counterparties.

For owners cashing out, brokers running transactions, and buyers acquiring an asset, the same friction repeats: due diligence is slow, identities are hard to verify across borders, and funds move before contracts are airtight.

FAQ

The questions professional buyers and sellers ask first.

Everything you need to know about KYB verification, certified escrow, eIDAS signature and EU coverage before joining the waitlist.

  1. What is Kinkoza?

Kinkoza is a pan-European B2B marketplace for the secure transfer of professional assets — businesses, equipment, insurance portfolios, intellectual property, receivables and recurring contracts. It combines KYB verification, certified escrow, eIDAS signature and integrated dispute resolution in one trusted operator.

  2. How does Kinkoza verify buyers and sellers?

Every professional account is KYB-verified before publishing or contacting: company registry check (KBIS or equivalent), intra-EU VAT number, director identity, beneficial-owner declaration and sanctions screening. Verification typically completes in under four hours.

  3. Is my money protected during a transaction?

Yes. Funds are held in certified escrow by an EU-regulated banking partner from signing to bilateral release. Commission is capped at €2,500 per transaction, regardless of deal size.

  4. Which contracts are signed on Kinkoza?

Standardised contracts by transaction type — NDA, letter of intent, share or asset purchase, professional sale — are signed with eIDAS advanced electronic signature. Each signature is legally enforceable in all 27 EU member states and stored with certified archival.

  5. In which countries does Kinkoza operate?

Kinkoza launches in France, Belgium and Luxembourg in Q3 2026, then rolls out across the European Union through 2027–2029. Data is hosted in the EU and the platform is GDPR-compliant by design.

Built on EU regulations, not against them.
