2. Purpose of processing
Email, persona, country and (optionally) company name are collected solely to inform you about Kinkoza's public launch and to segment the rollout by professional profile. We do not sell or share waitlist data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Legal basis
Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — explicit consent given via the waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any of our emails or by writing to [email protected].
4. Sub-processors
Brevo (France, EU) — email list management and double opt-in confirmation. Sevalla (EU region) — application hosting. Cloudflare — anti-abuse verification (Turnstile) on form submission only; no PII persisted at Cloudflare. Plausible (EU) — cookieless web analytics.
5. Retention
Waitlist data is retained until public launch + 12 months, after which contacts who have not become users will be deleted from active lists. Anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, port and restrict the processing of your data, and to file a complaint with your national supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.
7. International transfers
Personal data is stored in the European Union. We do not transfer waitlist data outside the EU.
8. Cookies
This site does not set any tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless by design.
